Nicholas J. Derda

Nick is a lifelong South Bend resident who graduated from the University of Notre Dame and the Notre Dame Law School. He is a past-President of the St. Joseph County Bar Association.  Nick handles a wide-range of practice areas, but focuses on civil litigation, both at the trial court and appellate court levels. He also assists clients with corporate formation, business transactions and estate planning.  Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and children, travelling and cheering for Notre Dame.
